Yoga is a set of practices that supports movement along a path, towards a state of being.
The practices, the path and the destination are all yoga.
This journey transforms, awakens, and aligns all layers of our being.
Our programs provide a framework that combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with teachings and practices that speak to this modern moment in our collective evolution.

“I just wanted to say how grateful I am for having taken this training last year. Life changing isn’t saying enough. The support I received through the community and the practices helped me navigate the waves of joy and grief over the past year, and I continue to be in awe of how deep the practice can take me. The path is winding and mountainous and never ending.”

Corinne & Matthew Andrews

Corinne and Matthew Andrews have shared a love and reverence for yoga, India, and Indic culture and wisdom since they met in 2000. Their main aspiration is to know and serve the Divine Beloved, and their teachings are full of the joy and hope that decades of seeking has instilled in them. They founded Shraddhā Yoga as an offering to the Mother of All and with a desire to fully align their lives with the spirit of yoga.

Corinne (she/her), E-RYT 500, RPYT, is the lead teacher of the 100-hr immersion, 200-hr & 300-hr YTT and the 90-hr PYTT since 2015 and she has been sharing the teachings of yoga since 2003. She has studied Classical Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga as taught by Baba Hari Das, Embodyoga® with Patty Townsend, Shiatsu, Meridian Yoga, Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Birth Doula, Conscious Postpartum Caregiver Training, Body Mind Centering, Mindful Yoga Therapy for Trauma, Vedic Chanting, and Neela Kantha Meditation. She is deeply nourished by her decades long relationship with her spiritual teacher GurujiMa, and by every moment she is blessed to spend out in nature and in traveling to India each year.

Matthew (he/him), has studied yoga and meditation since 1999. He teaches yoga philosophy, basic Sanskrit and mantra, and embodied devotional spirituality. His teachings emerge from years sitting at the feet of his teacher GurujiMa, from Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, whose inner guidance and writings have shaped his life, and from extensive study of yogic texts and teachings. Matthew completed 500 hours of training in Embodyoga, with which he has a deep and constantly evolving relationship, and he organizes and leads yoga retreats in North and South India.
