Since Corinne and Matthew met in 2000, the honoring and pursuit of yoga in all its many forms has been central to Corinne and Matthew’s lives.

“Corinne is a superb and skillful teacher who shared content using multiple modalities, with an emphasis on personal inquiry. She is a master teacher, with a warm and compassionate heart who seamlessly guided us in asana, pranayama, subtle realms, Embodyoga and more.
Matthew is a scholar who conveyed complex history and philosophy with deep respect and integrity. Through this training, my asana practice became more nuanced. I learned new techniques to use language and sequence when teaching. I felt safely and deeply supported on my personal journey and spiritual experiences. I felt safe to reach out of my comfort zone in this community. Subtleties became more clear, my inner vision stronger. I'm grateful for the affirmation to trust my inner wisdom in body, mind and spirit. I wholeheartedly recommend Shraddha Yoga's teacher training program for students of any level seeking a deep and enriching yoga experience. Be ready for new awakenings!”-Dory Peletier
Yoga is a set of practices that supports movement along a path, towards a state of being.
The practices, the path and the destination are all yoga.
This journey transforms, awakens, and aligns all layers of our being.
Our programs provide a framework that combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with teachings and practices that speak to this modern moment in our collective evolution.
— Connor Grenier, they/them (2023 100-Hour Immersion)
“If you are thinking about taking the 100 hour Immersion: do it. I was an interested student without much in-depth knowledge of yoga before, and the Immersion program deepened my personal practice immeasurably. I learned so much, and not just about asana. Embodied awareness of movement, alignment, physical systems, and energy flow has become a part of my normal consciousness. I can see real, tangible benefits to my mobility, chronic pain, and comfort in my body--not to mention the depth it has added to my personal spiritual practices. Corinne and Matthew and the wonderful guest teachers created an environment that was so welcoming and open, I felt completely at ease to explore despite coming in as nearly a blank slate. So if you're a person who's on the fence about it, go for it; if you're feeling the call, you won't regret it.”
— Ann Augustine, she/her (2023 300-Hour Teacher Training)
“Shraddha Yoga’s Teacher Training dramatically deepened my connection with Yoga. Although I have studied and practiced yoga for over 25 years, Shraddha’s group of teachers and assistants offered a unique blend of asana, yogic philosophy, and community that supported me in finding new inspiration and understandings that continue to enliven my practice. I am grateful for their sensitivity to concerns of appropriation and for their integrity in sharing yoga in the West. Through Shraddha, I have gained confidence as a teacher and found a diverse community of practitioners who share a love of the depths and limbs of yoga!”
— Yolanda Ramos, LICSW (2021 200-Hour Teacher Training)
“Having experienced the healing benefits of yoga, I wanted to be able to share this beautiful practice with others. I was interested in finding a program where I could find support, community and learn about the spiritual essence of yoga. Affordability was important to me too. I was called to take the YTT with Corinne and Matthew. Their training had everything I was looking for. Shortly after I enrolled, the COVID pandemic hit. Corinne and Matthew did an amazing job seamlessly adapting to this challenging situation and taught online. I was upset about this shift since I wanted to be in community. Despite this, my yoga practice was deepened by being with them, even though we were online. They taught beautifully, through āsana, breath and yogic philosophy, and how yoga can help us weather difficult challenges. I learned to go deeper and accept what is, and not to brace or collapse. To see how they adjusted, supported one another and the class was truly a special gift that speaks to their yoga practice. One of my favorite teachings, which I still call upon, is the idea that support proceeds action. We cannot move effectively throughout life without the proper support in place. Corinne and Matthew gave me this support, shared with open hearts and helped me be a better person and yoga teacher. I highly recommend their teacher training.”
— Jessica Smith (2018 200-Hour Teacher Training, 2020 Birthing Mama 90-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, 2023 300-Hour Teacher Training)
“The best things I've ever done! Carefully curated with love by amazing instructors who are wells of knowledge and compassion. My experience in these trainings gifted me with a sense of awe, empowerment, peace, and with the feeling that this is just the beginning. Not many experiences allow for such a transformative journey. The type that foresters connection and contains seeds capable of growing into evolutionary movements collectively through action and inaction, love and reverence, and through the unraveling and reweaving. Shraddhā's trainings offered experiences rooted in the depths of yogic philosophy - in the peace and union, the vastness and the oneness, that is the ancient practice. Yoga is a gift within us all just waiting to be realized. I could not have asked for better guides into the study. Corinne and all the instructors pour their whole heart into every class. And the 300-hour allows for the freedom to help craft your own individualized practice, and amazing insights and resources are offered throughout. I am eternally grateful.”
Lia Ciemny, she/her, (2021 200-Hour YTT)
“I just wanted to say how grateful I am for having taken this training. Life changing isn’t saying enough. The support I received through the community and the practices helped me navigate the waves of joy and grief over the past year, and I continue to be in awe of how deep the practice can take me. The path is winding and mountainous and never ending.”
— Emma Nawskon, LMT, she/her (2023 200-Hour Teacher Training, 2024 300-Hour Teacher Training)
“Corinne, Matthew and all the guest teachers are here to share their massive love and expertise on the practices that fall under the umbrella of Yoga. They are not just teaching you how to be more flexible and structure an hour class. Their programs are an incredibly well-rounded deep-dive into anatomy and physiology, language, philosophy and spirituality, ayurveda, physical and mental practice, and so many more layers. You could take these courses over and over again (many of the previous students do as assistant teachers) and keep discovering new nuggets of wisdom or understand something differently or more deeply than you did the first time around. Something you do not always get with this amount of knowledge is the amount of patience and openness these teachers have for your questions and personal experience with their lessons. They want you to connect with this information and experience profound growth so that you can do the same for your students/clients. I have spent two years training at Shraddhā with the intention of better understanding my own body and teaching group and private yoga sessions alongside my massage therapy practice. I know that the community of teachers and students I’ve met here will be a continuing source of knowledge and support in my yoga journey for years to come.”
