1:1 Private Sessions

Private 1:1 or small group sessions are an opportunity to receive specific individualized support and guidance around a personal situation, goal or aspiration.
It may be in support of your personal yoga practice (postures, movement, breath work, meditation, mantra, etc), mentorship for you as a yoga teacher, embodying the teachings of yoga as a way of life and how they integrate into all aspects of daily living.

Address specific concerns and receive focused support for your unique life circumstances or challenges that affect the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual levels of your humanity.
Areas of Focus:

Supervision and mentorship for yoga teachers.
Support for you as a teacher of yoga on a practical level as well as spiritually, emotionally and mentally.

Childbearing Years:
Yoga and Ayurveda to support you with your menstrual cycle, fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth prep, birth processing, and postpartum care.

Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss:
Yoga and Ayurveda to support you through personal and/or collective waves of difficulty, anxiety, depression, loss of any kind and grief that you are currently experiencing.

Embodying the teachings of yoga to support you in living a fulfilling life.
Beginners with no experience are welcome, as are more seasoned practitioners looking to go to greater depths. We all have hopes, dreams and purposes for being her on the Earth at this time. Pricing

Recommended Rate: $95/hour

As with everything at Shraddhā Yoga, you are invited to look within and pay from your heart in relation to how you value something and what your financial reality is like. No one is ever turned away and we accept all offerings through Pay From Your Heart.
